Hiring Vacation Rental Managers and Associate Cleaners - Maine

There will be training provided for all cleaners as a part of the onboarding process to ensure all units are cleaned with the same methods and with the same high standards. C side uses premium cleaning software filled with details to streamline day work, such as location, parking instructions, access codes, cleaning instructions, linen counts, and more.

C Side services vacation rentals, where cleans, also known as turns, are started in the morning once guests check out, and completed for guest to check in the afternoon of that same day.

Hours of work will vary, but will be a maximum range of 8am-4pm, but more typically will range from 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm.

Cleaning sites are within a 25 mile radius of Portland so you must have your own vehicle. The location differs each day, and you might need to change location throughout the day, or be required to drop off/pick up linens at local laundromats.

Home base locations needed: PORTLAND, SACO, BIDDEFORD, OLD ORCHARD BEACH, HIGGINS BEACH, PORTLAND, and FREEPORT.

MANAGERS will clean, oversee the other cleaners, and walk through each unit to ensure the clean is up to company standards. Hours are 30ish hours a week, 5 days a week with one of the days being Saturday or Sunday, we can decide which works for you, and if you have to swap days occasionally with other managers, that is an option.

ASSOCIATE cleaners will be responsible for primary cleaning, and communicating with managers if the unit or the items within the unit are damaged, missing, or need replacement. A check list will be provided. This is for day work, paid daily, and you can pick up however many days a week you would like.
