-White glove daily turn over cleanings come complete with dry goods replenishment and laundering services. A professionally trained cleaning team utilizes premium software for consistent and spotless cleans.

-Full service guest communications services, taking the daily communication responsibility off of the owner.

-Routine property maintenance, on site emergent house calls, and boat care for sea side homes with docks open to guest use.

-Consulting: Available for best vacation rental technologies, both for online operations and in-unit technology, and design aesthetics for the most successful operation and financial outcome. Reach out for a free consultation, rates, and scheduling.

Turn cleans per room include:

Kitchen: Dish washing, counter and stove top cleaning, cabinet front wipe down and/or polishing, stainless appliance polishing, vacuuming and mopping, paper product restocking, and sanitizing. Linen laundering and change out, paper product restocking and soap replenishment.

Bathrooms: Sink, toilet, and shower scrubbing and disinfecting, mirror and glass cleaning, cabinet front wipe down and/or polishing, vacuuming and mopping, paper product restocking, and sanitizing. Linen laundering and change out, paper product restocking and cleanser replenishment.

Bedrooms: Dusting, sheet laundering and change, vacuuming and/or mopping, and sanitizing.

Other general living spaces: such as dens, dining rooms, studies, nurseries, etc: dusting, surface wipe downs and/or polishing, general tidying, vacuuming and/or mopping, and sanitizing.

Deep cleans per room include:

Privately owned or chartered vessel cleaning services include:

Interior

Galley: Dish washing, counter and stove top cleaning, cabinet front wipe down and/or polishing, stainless appliance polishing, mildew removal, vacuuming and mopping, fan dusting, paper product restocking, and sanitizing.

Heads: Sink, head, and shower scrubbing and disinfecting, mirror, glass, and porthole cleaning, overhead, bulkhead, and deck wipe down, and/or polishing, paper product restocking, and sanitizing.

Cabins: Dusting, sheet change, vacuuming and/or mopping, and sanitizing.

Exterior

Topside: Wash including rust, stain and scuff removal, complete shammy dry, water spot removal from glass, plastic, and metal surfaces.

Wax & Polish: Removal and future prevention of spots, stains, and oxidation caused by sun, salt, algae, and water. Gelcoat surfaces will be left with a protective layer and a shiny appearance. Routine waxing should never be skipped.

Metal Polish: Removal and prevention of future rust, spots, stains, and oxidation caused by sun, salt, algae, and water. Metal surfaces of any kind, will be restored and left with a shiny appearance.
